The hotel is fairly clean and affordable. The rooms are reasonably large and the staff is excellent. It is centrally located close to various stores, restaurants, colleges, as well as shopping and dining places.

The rooms here are spacious, and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, making our stay very enjoyable in a quiet and convenient location near the airport and a mall.

The rooms are functional and good-sized, have down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. It was nice to have central heating, pay television, and a safe in the room. The location is comfortable and unbeatable, 2 miles from Fair and Expo Center. The staff are excellent and knowledgeable.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for my visit to RIT, as it was really close by. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The bathroom was a nice size and had good water pressure in the shower. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the one who allowed me to check in early. I also appreciated the availability of a microwave and fridge in the room.

comfort suites exceeded my expectations this weekend with their exceptional staff, comfortable beds, and convenient amenities like a refrigerator in the room. it was the perfect place for a romantic getaway.

Breakfast was bland. Pool was full of 5 to 10 kids CONSTANTLY, up to 11PM. Never got to use it, a BIG disappointment.

Dirty Windows, dirty entrance, no one at the front desk when we arrived waited for several minutes to be checked in.

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites for a few nights while visiting RIT. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute drive from the university. Nearby, there were plenty of strip malls and gas stations, making it convenient to find anything I needed. The staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze. I appreciated the free parking, breakfast, and wifi. The breakfast selection, including eggs, sausage, and Chobani yogurt, exceeded my expectations. The wifi allowed me to video chat and stream Netflix without any issues. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a working mini fridge and a handy power strip on the nightstand.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I'm a one sugar user per cup had to use 3 to drink it saw others dump theirs out after first sip' Donuts must have been previous day' only one waste basket in unit. English muffin was a bit hard. fresh fruit was a no taker peaches soft and wrinkly. only one waste basket in unit

The value for the money was great, and the room was comfortable with a nice bed and good water pressure in the shower. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had more options to choose from to make it better.
